Here at The Thames Club we offer over 100 classes per week across 3 dedicated group fitness studios, the gym floor and the pool to cater for all your needs, interests and abilities.

The classes are taught by friendly and fully trained fitness professionals who will always be happy to discuss your fitness goals with you.

Our studios are bright, spacious and air conditioned, enabling you to enjoy your class in comfort.

In addition to our studio classes we offer the following for adults and children (at an additional cost), open to members and non-members:

Sundays 13:00 – 15:00 Shotokan
Karate with Mr. Bharj.
