I joined in early 2022 since not having been in a gym for over 20 years so felt a little rusty and out of shape to say the least! Leanne was fabulous, understood what I was looking to achieve and took time to show me how to use the machines and weights and how to do each exercise safely and properly. She also suggested coming to the Body Conditioning class that she teaches which I did. I have really enjoyed these and found them really beneficial.
