What is Reflexology?

An ancient therapy practiced for over 5000 years and introduced to the western world 100 years ago. A gentle, non-invasive holistic therapy, which can be applied to the feet, hands, ears or face. 

Reflexology aims to activate the body’s own healing system and restore its natural balance. A relaxed, balanced body may help you get more from your workout and less likely to incur injuries.

How does it work?

Our feet contain over 7,000 nerve endings which allows access to the central nervous system. Pressure techniques are applied to specific points which reflexologists believe correspond with different parts of the body.
