We’re celebrating the official launch of Les Mills GRIT classes right here at The Thames Club. Come along if you haven’t started on your new year’s resolutions yet and need something to motivate you into action. It’s open to members and non members and designed to inspire people to try something new and kickstart their goals.
There is a whole programme of events on Saturday 26th January including GRIT classes, Nutrition, Gym based classes plus hot yoga. Was your goal this year to get a bit fitter, lose some weight or just feel a bit healthier? If it was then we’d love to help inspire you. Pop along to our fitness Open Weekend, the more the merrier. The club is open to non members all weekend to use the facilities and the fitness team are on hand too help.

11.30 Grit Strength with Hector
LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.
12.00 Grit Cardio with Sam
LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

LES MILLS GRIT® Plyo is an intense plyometric-based workout that gets results fast! Combining the principles of plyometrics and power agility training, these 30-minute team training sessions on a bench will build a powerful, agile and athletic body.

To celebrate their first birthday, Hot Yoga Club are putting on a beginners workshop to let more people experience hot yoga. If you’re new to hot yoga or wanting to get back into it, these 90 minute workshops are perfect for you. Workshops must be booked and payed for in advance and is subject to availability. Spaces are limited on all classes and will be issued on a first come first serve basis.
