Getting to Know You

Your Fitness Programme starts with a discovery and journey mapping session with your instructor. It includes goals setting, health check, body stats using Tanita Body Composition scales, gym introduction and MyWellness review.

Own It

Enjoy a motivating 1-2-1 training session with your instructor and learn all the techniques that will help you get the best out of your training. Your instructor will then create a bespoke/ tailored fitness programme that will guide/help you reach your goals.

Up Your Game

Accelerate your fitness progress with a tailored instructor workshop based around your goals. Choose from 15 sessions including Boxercise, Kettlebells, Calisthenics, Compound training, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), suspension training and much more.

Track your progress towards your goals using Tanita Body Scanner. Following this we will recommend updates to your programme to keep you motivated, achieve your current goals and aim to help you progress further.
