If that was not enough, we have a variety of resistance & cable machines as well as our free weights area helping you to improve your strength & stamina and a large stretch area which features a range of Swiss balls, bosu balls, medicine balls & balance boards. We have also introduced TRX training.
In order to make your workout more interesting, you can also try our top of the range Kinesis machines and kettlebells.
Our gym team, are on hand to support you on your journey to achieving your goals and we have a number of ways to maintain your motivation and help you make a difference.
You will have a thorough 6 Step Induction process with a tailor made programme specific to your individual goals.
You can choose 2 different programme options: The Thames Club Programme Card which covers all areas of training and comes with a training diary so you can track your improvements. Or, our Wellness System Key which contains your programme digitally and monitors your progression through weight, energy exertion, calories, distance and time.
Every 4-6 weeks all members are entitled to a FREE Programme Review to move their training onto the next step to reach their goals.
