We are a hot yoga and pilates studio situated within the Thames Club. Designed by Amanda Free, the UK’s first Hot Yoga Teacher, our studio is a beautiful space in which you can move, unwind and switch off from the outside world.
Our unique classes are designed to give our students a progressive experience, for both mind & body and we aim to help bring physical and mental focus and balance back into your busy lives.
