Our personal bespoke approach at the start of your membership will not only get you up and running in the club but will give you the opportunity to try something new, focus on your training, and keep things fresh and interesting.

We offer all new members 3 x 1-2-1 sessions with a member of the gym team, read on below to find what is included in each session.
