Getting to knowyou
This session is all about understanding you and your goals. We’ll complete a health check and full body composition analysis with our Tanita Scales, before giving you a detailed tour of the gym and the facilities.
Once you have done your first session and discussed your goals the gym team will be able to write you a bespoke plan to get you on your way to achieving them. In this session the team will take you through the programme and answer any questions you may have.
If you would like to spend any extra time focusing on any equipment or training style in particular please ask your instructor. Some examples are Kettlebells, TRX, Functional Training, Compound Movements, Core Stability, Flexibility. The team will be able to suggest how you can incorporate these training styles into your plan.
The key to hitting your goals is consistent check-ins. Speak to our fitness team to book in regular check-ups for your programme and to update your Tanita results.
We recommend booking this in every 4-6 weeks to stay motivated and on track.
