Studio

We pride ourselves on offering one of the best class programmes in the area with the most loved fitness professionals. We usually host over 120 classes per week across 3 dedicated group fitness studios. Whilst this isn’t possible right now due to the restrictions you can still enjoy a class with one of your favourite instructors via our on-demand library. Plus from 29th March we’ll be hosting outdoor classes in person!

Dedicated Spin Studio

Our spin studio is a spacious, air-conditioned tiered room with 30 bikes with the best seat in the house wherever you are sitting! We have recently launched Myride®+, we wanted to give our members a more flexible indoor cycling timetable that would allow them to do classes when it suited them, in addition to our instructor led RPM and Spin classes. Myride®+ delivers virtually instructed workouts on demand.

High Energy Studio

An incredibly spacious fully air-conditioned studio with floor to ceiling mirrors and various light settings. Our high-intensity classes include:

Our beautiful calm and warm studio with twinkly ceiling lights is the perfect space to de-stress, unwind and relax. Classes include:

Online Classes

We’ve worked hard over the last year to bring fitness to your home. With our ever growing library of 300+ fitness workouts, there’s a class for every goal, space and mood. Connect with a live streamed class or catch up on one pre-recorded from the library, at a time that suits you. Online access is currently included as part of The Thames Club membership. If you are not registered and would like to be, please email us for login details. We also host online seminars, workshops and events so keep a look out on your emails for what’s happening!

Hot Yoga Club

We are a hot yoga and pilates studio situated within the Thames Club in Surrey. Designed by Amanda Free, the UK’s first Hot yoga Teacher, our studio is a beautiful space in which one can move, unwind and switch off from the outside world.

Our unique classes are designed to give our students a progressive experience, for both mind & body and we aim to help bring physical and mental focus and balance back into your busy lives. Hot yoga brings so many benefits, physically and mentally, from the inside out. Come and experience the heat and you will leave feeling amazing!

Pole Fitness

Whether you are a beginner looking for a fun way to get fit with friends or if you are an advanced pole dancer wanting to learn the latest tricks, we have a class for you.

The Pole Hub will provide you with a total body workout, regardless of your age, size or fitness level. Pole fitness will increase your flexibility, help you lose weight, build your core strength, stamina and fitness and most importantly, it’s great fun.
