Your instructor will show you how to set up your bike and all the basic cycling moves.
A 30 minute class on the gym floor. TRX suspension training makes gravity your resistance, so adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands and feet with endless progressions. Even when working on upper or lower body, the suspension training is constantly working your core.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music.
