Flow Yin and Yang Yoga are cooler sequences which are rejuvenating and nourishing. They have an emphasis on release within the body using breath. We work with deepening and releasing asana, introducing key breathing techniques and meditation, bringing focus on finding your ‘Flow State’ within yoga, on and off the mat. These classes are great for all levels in the morning as modifications are always offered. Please bring 1 or 2 yoga blocks and a yoga belt to the class to use as props.
