A 30 minute circuit class which works your full body using all styles of exercises. This class will push you to your limits. A combination of resistance, functional and anaerobic movements.
All of our classes are taught by our fully trained, fun and friendly team of instructors who will always be happy to discuss your goals or requirements with you.
Our timetable spans across 3 bright and spacious studios and now also our brand-new small group training area where you can enjoy classes smaller in size for some closer guidance from the team.
In line with government guidelines on social distancing, we are limiting spaces in our classes to provide a spacious and comfortable workout environment.
Please note that we are no longer providing mats or props in the Mind & Body studio so please remember to bring your own. These can be purchased at reception if required.
We will clean all studios regularly, and we ask that you support us by cleaning your own equipment and workout area before and after your class.
To minimise congestion at reception and to help everyone adhere to social distancing we ask that you book all classes through the app or website. If this is not possible, we will be able to take bookings via phone.
